1. Acceptance of Terms

By inviting, accessing, or using CoinForge ("CoinForge", "the Bot", "we", "us", or "our") in any Discord server or direct message, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Bot. Continued use after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

2. Description of Service

CoinForge is a closed-source Discord economy bot that provides entertainment features including virtual currency earning, simulated games of chance, item trading, clans, leaderboards, giveaways, reminders, and support utilities. CoinForge is not an open-source project — the source code repository is private.

All virtual currency, items, roles, achievements, boosts, premium perks, and other in-bot rewards are fictional. They have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for money, goods, services, cryptocurrency, or other consideration. There is no mechanism to withdraw, transfer, or cash out any virtual assets.

The Bot's gambling and crime commands simulate random outcomes for entertainment purposes only. Results are determined by server-side pseudorandom number generation. No real-money gambling occurs, and no real prizes are awarded.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Bot, or the age of digital consent in your country if higher. By using the Bot, you represent that you meet this requirement. If you are under 13, please do not use the Bot. Server administrators must ensure their server complies with Discord's Terms of Service regarding age requirements.

4. User Responsibilities

• You may not use the Bot to violate Discord's Terms of Service or Community Guidelines.
• You may not exploit bugs, glitches, race conditions, or design flaws in the Bot for unfair advantage. Report bugs via /bugreport.
• You may not automate interactions with the Bot through scripts, macros, bots, self-bots, or other automated means unless explicitly authorized in writing.
• You may not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the Bot's source code, tokens, credentials, or infrastructure details.
• Server administrators are responsible for how the Bot is configured and used within their servers, including custom shop items and prefix settings.
• You may not use the Bot to harass, threaten, or harm other users. This includes using commands like /rob as part of a harassment campaign.

5. Virtual Currency and Items

• All virtual currency and items within the Bot are purely fictional and have no monetary value.
• We reserve the right to modify, reset, or remove virtual currency, items, or user data at any time without notice or compensation, including for bug fixes, balance changes, or abuse prevention.
• Virtual currency and items cannot be exchanged for real-world value, traded outside the Bot, or transferred between users except through built-in commands (/send, /giftitem).
• Coin balance manipulation through exploits, duplicate transactions, or race conditions is prohibited and may result in account reset or ban.
• We do not guarantee the availability of specific shop items, which may change without notice.

6. Premium Access

CoinForge does not sell paid subscriptions. Premium user access and premium server access may be granted manually by the bot owner through giveaways, promotions, testing programs, community rewards, or other discretionary events.

• Premium access may be time-limited or permanent and is granted at the bot owner's sole discretion.
• Premium access is not guaranteed and may be changed, revoked, or discontinued at any time without notice or compensation.
• Premium access has no cash value and cannot be transferred, sold, traded, or redeemed.
• Premium server access provides premium perks to users while they use CoinForge inside that specific Discord server.

7. Gambling and Games

The Bot's gambling features are simulated games of chance for entertainment purposes only. No real-money gambling occurs. Key points:

• All outcomes are determined by pseudorandom number generation on the server.
• There is no "house edge" manipulation per user — all outcomes are statistically fair within the defined game rules.
• We are not responsible for any financial losses resulting from virtual gambling within the Bot, as all virtual currency has no real-world value.
• Users who believe they have a gambling problem should seek help from professional organizations. Please gamble responsibly.

8. Reminders

The reminders feature sends direct messages (DMs) at user-defined times. By setting a reminder, you consent to receiving a DM from the Bot at the specified time. We are not responsible for missed reminders due to closed DMs, Discord outages, or other technical issues.

9. Data Collection

By using the Bot, you agree to the collection and processing of data as described in our Privacy Policy.

10. Closed-Source Software

CoinForge is proprietary, closed-source software. You may not copy, reverse engineer, resell, redistribute, or attempt to extract the Bot's source code, private repository contents, tokens, credentials, or infrastructure configuration. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

11. Limitation of Liability

The Bot is provided "as is" without any warranty, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the Bot, including but not limited to:

• Loss of virtual currency, items, or progress due to bugs, resets, or database issues
• Service interruptions, downtime, or data loss
• Actions taken by other users through Bot commands
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CoinForge, its owner, and contributors from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Bot or violation of these Terms.

13. DMCA and Copyright

If you believe content associated with CoinForge infringes your copyright, please contact us through our support server with a detailed description of the alleged infringement. We will respond to valid DMCA notices promptly.

14. Third-Party Services

CoinForge integrates with third-party services including Discord, Fly.io, Neon (PostgreSQL), and top.gg. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and policies:

15. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Bot after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.

16. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the bot owner operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

17. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

18. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and CoinForge regarding the use of the Bot and supersede any prior agreements or understandings.
